Karelian hot pot

Participating today Whats On My Plate blip challenge. I prepared local traditional food Karelian Hot Pot. It's very simple recipe including pork and cow meat, onion and if like to also carrots. Flavoured only with salt and pimento and all mixed in hot water and poached in low heat in the oven for 3 to 4 hours until meat is tender.To side I prepared oven roasted potatoes flavoured with oil, seasalt and thyme. With potatoes some lingonberry jam. Very tasty and it gets even better on next day, therefore I always do it for more than one day.
