A soft touch

Bicycles can't sleep here.  Spotted at Highbury  & Islington Station on my way  to visit a friend at the Royal Free.  The extra is of his view from the 5th floor.  What would you pay for a penthouse flat with such a view of Hampstead Heath?
This may come up as my 5th year, but I'm not counting it, as I started blipping in June, and some backblips came later..  But thanks for dropping by.
