Dinner

It really was going to be a BBQ tonight, chicken was marinating. But with Josh and Natalie at a wedding and Sim deciding to eat out, Mr C offered for us to go out too. How could I refuse? ;-)

We decided to try a Goan restaurant in Putney and very nice it is too. Poppadoms with the dips, okra fries and a coconut chicken curry for moi. Mr C also had pudding but just a mint tea for me.

Outside our house are two flower beds and are maintained by the grounds men. For quite a few years we have had a rather uninspiring plant that just grew, looked ugly and didn't do anything. So we asked for it to be removed last year. They happily obliged but just put down grass seed instead. We ordered some wild flower seed and today I dug over one of the beds... it was bigger than I thought! The bag of seed didn't quite cover to whole area so we will need to get some more and I need to dig over the other bed too. Meanwhile, Mr C has been busy in the garden all day.
