Mindless Act!

This is what greeted me this morning when I arrived at one of my local shops. Apparently at 3 o'clock this morning several people stole the vehicle and rammed it into the shop, before disappearing because they were spotted. Its thought they were after the ATM machine, which lies on the right-hand side. They didn't steal anything but caused significant damage as can be seen.
Who are these people who feel the need to cause such havoc, the world is indeed full of such people and I despair, I truly do.
