Whitekirk Viewpoint

We live in a flat part of the country - at 79m this is the highest point in the neighborhood.   A OS cairn on what was Whitekirk Golf Course.   The course closed last year and has become pleasantly wild and a haven for wildlife.  

The weather broke mid afternoon and the skies were a little unpromising but the mono treatment does provide a bit of contrast.   You can see south to Traprain Law and then on to the Lammermuir Hills.
