Yoga Singing Bowl from Tibet

Another long, fulfilling and tiring day in yoga teacher training. Following 7 hrs of class i hit the pool for 40 minutes of laps. Feeling very zen and relaxed - that will end soon as i have my 1st exam on Tuesday for yoga philosphy. This singing bowl is a new addition to my yoga studio and it produces the most beautiful vibrational sound.
