Thru My Window

Moments before we left for the beach I saw this little guy right outside my window......I knew he/she was a new bird for me this year.....but what is it? Kinglet or Vireo? I read several posts about the differences between the two and I would be convinced it was a Ruby Crowned Kinglet, then I would read more and be convinced it could be a Hutton's Vireo. They are similar and this guy seemed have qualities of each. Anyone know for sure what it is?  Extra might help with ID?
We are cozy by the fire at the beach house.....rainy outside this evening, but we had a pleasant dry drive over here.
