Another state of emergency here in Egypt and a further postponement of the establishment of civil liberties like a right to be given a reason for your arrest and detention and also for the search of your house. We are forbidden to travel to certain places in Egypt, by the BC, and although Alexandria is not on the list will postpone our planned Easter weekend visit there.
