View from the Orbit

The Orbit was a surprise. We managed to get in early and get a ticket for an afternoon slot. The weather was brilliant, you could see for miles across to central London and surrounding area from a 360 degree viewing platform. There were some interesting large mirrors to increase the experience and we walked down 455 steps to the bottom. The blip shows the umbrellas at the eating area.
