As Good As New

Maybe it was because the sun was shining, but I happened to notice that finally the tower of the Town House is not covered in scaffolding. It must be at least a year since we last saw a clear view of the tower.

So the roof which was the subject of the repair must be as good as new, or maybe better than when it was new.
