WildWednesday: Breakfast is Served

Carolina Chickadees are nesting in one of our bluebird boxes. Mom and dad dutifully bring home tasty little tidbits like this green caterpillar, which hopefully came from our tomato plants. As I watched, the parents would fly into the box with their offerings and out again with the same mouthful. This happened several times. Guess the kids were full!
