Wednesday

A crane attached to a boat has appeared at the harbour.

Work was ok. Until I felt a panic attack come on. The children's voices started to annoy me. I felt pins and needles in my legs, moving up my body. Agitated. Jumpy. Feeling the need to hot/kick something.

It wasn't long until I finished so I kept going.
Fresh air helped.
Home and crumbled.

Took a walk to the harbour after a while.
