Face of Pain

I really do not recognise myself in this photo. I was so very sore this morning I was shaking and crying with the pain in my hip.

It is staggering how pain from an injury can utterly rule your life and to all intents ruin your life all at the same time

Needless to say I was not able to shoot anything today
