Sourdough

Jack and I love sourdough bread but find it very difficult to find even in artisan bakeries who label some bread as sourdough and it has no flavour at all. Good sourdough from San Francisco and parts of Romania are the standard we are looking for.

Today we were pleasantly surprised to find that Morrison's sourdough rolls, a new line in our store, were really quite good. The bread texture could have been a bit lighter but the flavour was very good.
