Rainbow brights

Up relatively early for a weekend so I could pack a bag and get down to the station to catch a train to visit my mum and sister for the weekend. I'm off to a work meeting in Leeds and breaking the journey part of the way means that I don't have a mega-day of travel on Monday. 

Finished mum's second birthday sock on the train - definitely a 'just in time' birthday present. 

Had lunch with mum and sister at a local cafe and then went to a garden centre to pick up a few bits so we can have a go at mum's garden tomorrow. These primulas were so bright and cheerful. 

Take-away curry for tea at sister's house and a chance for a chat.
