We had Hot Cross Buns for breakfast, which Lizzie found in an English supermarket yesterday, Haven't had one for years, not sure that we will bother again next year :-)

Walk with Léo along the lake at Allaman plage, and then not much desire but out for a run: 20k  with 3*10 mins at semi pace, which was good but tough at the end 

Léo touched his nose on an electric fence this morning, poor buddy, certainly woke him up,
