Ring-Necked Ducks....

....were at the Mackenzie Marsh today. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon and around 15c, a perfect Spring day to go for a walk around the marsh, where we saw geese nesting, turtles sunning themselves,Red Wing Blackbirds singing, Tree Swallows flying and Ring-Necked Ducks. At home we had a dirty chinned mommy Red Squirrel enjoying the sun and a few peanuts. Happy Squirrel Friday!
