Lunch today

For the last two days we have had some dumpling pastry out waiting to be used and today was the day. Pork mince, onion, garlic, a little ginger and celery mixed together with egg then wrapped. Our favourite way is to lightly fry in oil then steam in a little water. Teach made the dipping sauce, spicy for him and no chilli for me. Was a delicious lunch. Then it was back in the garden to carry on with our big tidy up. Almost wine o'clock time. Keep safe for the rest of Easter.
