A view from St Swithin

A day in Perthshire

Left Aberdeen early morning.
Pit stop at Glendoick garden centre for the statutory coffee & scone.
Lunch at Muthill with Dorothy's dad who was in good form. As usual the care home had gone the extra mile for Easter with a competition for the best decorated Easter Bonnet ( blip )
Walk in sunshine in the early afternoon at Crieff.
Drove through Crieff and Lochearnhead with a break to enjoy lovely views.
Then via Killin and Loch Tay to Kenmore Hotel. Never stayed here before and room very average. On a positive note meal in Restaurant was excellent and now relaxing with an aperitif in the bar.
There is nowhere that compares with Perthshire in the Spring. ( not Scotland)
