The mighty Oak

I do many runs in Hainault Forest.
Nearly all of them involve going past this mighty Oak.
This tree has become a bit of a 'thing' at our club.
It is called 'The Paul Emery Tree'.
Explanation:-

We used to run with a guy called Paul Emery.
He was a little faster than most of us and would sometimes run on, then back for us.
One day he went to run on and said "Meet you by the tree".
"The tree, Paul? It's a f***ing Forest!!!"
Turns out he was talking about this mighty Oak, which is apparently centuries old.
Paul has moved away now, but I have actually named this tree on FB 'The Paul Emery tree' so I can stop and tag it, and him, when I get there with a photo.
