Well which artist is not there

Breakfast at the Elgin Diner which was good, no competing for bagels and coffee. Training day three went well, abstract concepts replaced by some hands on stuff. Out for a very exciting trip to a place which I had sourced weeks ago, The Hintonburger.

I'm reckoning it is the only place that does vegetarian corn dogs in Ottawa. Anyway years watching these being eaten on numerous US series, I managed to taste the mysterious item, very nice indeed.

In the evening after work over to the National Gallery of Canada. Multiple temporary exhibitions, a somewhat stunning permanent collection, a case of going from one room to the next saying ok they have such and such for about an hour. Stunning gallery.

In the evening a trip to a bar which again I had noted online and surprised to learn that there was a stand up comedy evening.

Hilarious stuff, well a bit like watching a version of The Office so in essence no one bar one man was laughing out loud but inside I suspect that there were people cringing thinking there is no way that he is going to tell a joke that wouldn't have made it into a 70's sitcom only to watch him do so.
