I was nervous about using a previously unheard of company to transfer some currency into NZ dollars.  I'd done some research into the company and their systems and it all seemed OK but that still didn't calm my nerves as I gingerly pressed the 'submit' button to action the transfer.  

Thanks to Kaspar my online chat buddy who 'talked' me through the process.  I won't rest easy until the dollars are safely in my account here in New Zealand though!
