Pear Blossom

Our beautiful pear blossom is out and looking particularly splendid this year.  It's alive with the drone and buzzing of busy bees and the tree is absolutely full of it.  Last year we had a late frost and all the baby pears went black and fell off, so hoping we might get a good crop this year.
...and as for the rhubarb, well, you can almost see it growing it's so rampant.  I'll be looking out some more unusual recipes to make the most of nature's harvest...hopefully!
