Arthington viaduct

I'm glad to say that I have done two short bike rides on consecutive days for the first time since the MI.  I've been very good, keeping my HR to below 150 practically all the time and, when the mood took me, I went down to the river to have a look at the viaduct in Arthington.  I've been meaning to do this for years and have never got around to it!

Its big and impressive.
