A Scorcher!

It's Bank Holiday Monday and football matches were played this Good Friday and today. I kept in touch with my teams Friday's away match on my phone whilst walking around Prague.

Today, Cardiff City played Nottingham Forest at home and, being back from holidays, I was able to go with the oldest son. A mate is a Forest fan and they were desperate for the points as they're in a relegation battle. However, it wasn't to be their day as Cardiff's Aron Gunnarsson (The Icelandic Captain who led them to a humiliating victory over England in Euro 2016) scored a scorcher in the 70 minute. It was the only goal of the game.

The blipfoto shows Forest keeper floundering as the football sears past to hit the back of the net. Gunnarsson is out of the photo having hit the ball from about 30 yards!
