Chester FC 2 Woking 3

Words fail me.

After taking the lead in the 83rd minute Chester managed to concede an equaliser in the 85th minute and then gave away a penalty in the 90th minute to make it 7 consecutive home defeats and no home wins since before Christmas.

After winning at Torquay I was sure 52 points was enough to secure safety. Although it should be enough it is getting a bit too close for comfort with two games to go. After today's game everyone's calculations were based on the fact that we would lose the final two matches of the season and we seem to be relying on other clubs failing now.

I hope it is all sorted at Sutton next Saturday as I don't fancy turning up at the final home game of the season knowing that we need a win to stay up.

The blip shows James Alabi going close with a header.
