Stuck - with a smile

Alex asked me to get the camera and record how often he gets stuck. So here he is. Stuck in his bedroom in front of his computer, which he was well enough to spend time on today.

A busy day for us. A friend came to sit with him, and another friend came to help me clean the cottage so that I didn't have to be away too long.

Then the chief mover and shaker behind the Edinburgh Cake Ladies arrived with a massive plate full of Malteser Tray Bake, and put a big smile on our boy's face.

The tray bake was appreciated by even more boys who came to visit and helped devour it.

Alex was managing to lever himself up on to his walking frame on the first attempt today, which is such a huge improvement on earlier in the week. We can truly start to look forward again now.
