Enlightenment

This is the old part of our Hospital and someone has left the lights on. There is something about this building I like maybe the brick work maybe the steps but it's a nice old building. Had a great coaching session tonight with some new people who turned up, one was Jesse's Dad who has no shortage of shoes as he has the same shoe size as Jesse. Not sure if he will win as many Marathons as Jesse did but I will do my best to make a broken down cyclist into a good runner lol.
