The Lady's appearing!

Another funny old Spring, and the Lady's Slipper orchids at Gait Barrows NNR are already well on the way, with the first flowers about to open.
This is a reintroduction project restoring this incredibly rare British native to its old range.
Visitors are welcome, and there will be an open weekend on 13 & 14 May. Don't forget to have a sniff of the wonderful fragrance!
