A fall

The nursing home called to say that Mum had had a nasty fall, they found her slumped at the end of the bed, she'd tried to get up and bashed her head on her bedside table, there was a lot of blood they said, she's cut her face and knocked out 3 crowns which are back teeth so at least don't look terrible. The doctor has been.
Max and I visited her, her sister had been already today but I wanted to check she was alright.
She seemed ok considering and pleased to see us, I fed her her soup and Max chopped up some sweets for her. We watched Pointless.
I was glad to have Max with me.
