Lines, Curves, Shadows and the Sky

Out shopping in town today for Bahnkarte (tickets that give you money off when you travel by train). And we ran into that very old fashioned problem of the place we went to being shut on a Saturday afternoon. The place has opening hours from days long gone - Wednesday afternoon and Saturday afternoon, closed. I quite admire that in this day and age. To me it says:- "We value the time off more than we value working every hour there is."

It was a beautiful day and it was great to get out a deux and have a bit of a walk through the city to the Bahnhof. We must have been wearing our invisiblity cloaks again as there were soooo many people who just didn't see us. That gets quite wearing.

Anyway, this was taken in the shopping centre next to the Hauptbahnhof and I was quite taken with the shapes and the light.

Moot update: woke up this morning (da-da-da-da-Da) and Moot was on his little stool, looking quite dopey but not showing any signs of distress. He came downstairs with me and when I fed him, it looked like he inhaled his breakfast. Again this afternoon, he asked to be fed and it disappeared in no time. All seems well, I hope it continues like this.
