A Tulip

My husband and I took a walk around my favorite gardens this afternoon, after having lunch with my mother-in-law.  We didn't know in advance about the Earth Day Festival, but it didn't matter once we managed to find a parking spot.  I was surprised to see that the tulips have passed their peak.  I still managed to get a few shots, around the children who were enjoying the festival activities.
