MONOLITHS OF WILLONG KHULLEN

Manipur Amateur Photo Club members reached Willong Khullen Village, Senapati District on 21 April 2017 in the night.  Hold the night there. Next day, in the morning, started exploring the village.  Found three numbers of old traditional houses there. The main attraction of the village is the stone monoliths lying there since historical times resembling a bit to the Stonehenge. The site has been declared archaeological heritage site by the government of Manipur recently. However, much has to be done to preserve and beautify the site.
