Changeable

Interviews in the morning - complicated outcome (again!) and more discussions to be had. Afterwards glanced out to see snow (just visible in this photo) although sunny the rest of the day and not as cold as they'd forecasted.
Chatted to V about logistics for next couple of weeks, then interesting conversation as part of career development chat with a colleague.
Dashed to Board meeting then home to try and catch up (again!)
