Impossible!

I have noticed on occasional trips to a certain chain of coffee shops that they sometimes have a lemon/20p challenge by the till point. There is the offer of a free drink if you can balance a 20p piece (from your own pocket) on top of a lemon which is floating in a bowl of water.

I have always been too tight to try, assuming that it takes practice.

I have also assumed that it can't possibly be that difficult.

So today, I put my assumptions to the test having had a lemon kicking about on the kitchen worktop for a few days.

Conclusion - it's impossible!

....and unless it's for charity, don't waste your money trying it in a coffee shop!
