Yoga Training

Beautiful training handout, really enjoying teacher training. It was a long, interesting and successful day. I left at 9 and rode my bike 30 minutes to the studio and did 4 hours of class, a 1 hr Yin class and then taught my 1st proper practice class to my sweetie hubby, 3 girlfriends and one daughter of a friend. I did well on my first evaluation, really nice to have that out of the way. I have 5-6 more classes to ne evaluated before i can be certified. Vegged in the evening, brain dead and very tired 54 year old body.
