Stretch!

I rode around a beautiful part of Hertfordshire this afternoon, but boy it was up and down. W had tennis after school, C stayed at home with Jim and did some concentrated maths.

C has been really good at doing her stretches and exercises given to her by Luke, the physio. He told her not to worry if she didn't get more range at the moment. As she is growing so quickly it is all about maintenance, so she is very happy to be able to get into this position (still with turn out) three weeks later. She's never been this close to the floor.
