Ella's Cake

Yes this is a birthday cake. Yes it's a nice cake made with love and care for my grandaughter by my big sister Nicole. You may thing it took lots of time and dedication to make it, but no you'd be wrong because this is the second one made this morning as the first one was dropped by my niece as it was being packed up for despatch.
My sister made this in record time for Ella's 1st birthday party this afternoon at 3pm. It was made and ready to go at 1.30pm following the dropping incident earier this morning. She's a hero as far as I'm concerned!!!
Oh and it was delicious.............
