It's Tuesday so it's Rotary. Tonight's speaker was the CEO of Aberdeenshire Council who gave us an insight into the challenges facing the Council and his hopes and aspirations for Aberdeenshire, with particular reference to the town he was speaking in, Fraserburgh.
