Scum!

This is Wirral "country park", a pleasant greenspace next to the coast. It is where I take my morning walk and often start and end my cycle rides here. Many people enjoy it similarly. Unfortunately rubbish is frequently dumped here despite warning signs and the presence of a council refuse collection depot just a mile or so away. This is the third load I have seen this week. I hope the culprits feel good. I can only describe them as antisocial, lazy, useless scum.
