day four...

after breakfast i had an hour pressure point massage again...boy do i feel the difference.....then chilling with a cappuchino and back to the beach for a wonderful walk in the wind....the tide was going in and i took loads of photos of patterns in the sand ......

time for lunch and back to the village to have a walk round is such a lovely place...many of the houses are very brightly coloured...,

this trip is also my 'initiation.....' :):):) into widowhood....we talk to each other.....others don't...especiallynot women.....funny....anyway last night i was invited for coffee after dinner by two very nice ladies.....they have been friends for around 70 yrs.....one is from Shropshire.......think i'm going to be a merry widow...:):):)
