Fading Light

The day began with a mad dash for a wine tour we'd booked, after the lawyer called and asked for more documents re the Land - anyway, it was wonderful and learnt a lot, and tasted seven very different wines, including a red they mature 30 metres underwater in the Alqueva, and which becomes rather velvety and smooth, like older folk, the charming girl said...

The day ended with a superb meal (thanks, Jan and Keith!) with this view from our table - of Monsaraz in the fading light - so stunning that all three of us blippers have chosen it as our blip, I think...
