Cables

Really not sure what they are up to but this Openreach van had cables from the manholes hanging in the back of it.  It didn’t look like the guy inside was doing anything in particular; he was just watching the ends of the cables hanging by the door.  I guess it was some sort of technical procedure they were going through.
