Another early morning walk. first up through White Moss Woods to check on the bluebells.  More in some areas than others so I’ll go back in a few days. Then along the shore of Rydal Water, holding little hope of getting a good photo under the cloudy sky. Then, just for a minute, the sun shone on the island. Blip :)

Home for a session in the garden, mostly raking moss …….. just as good a workout as going to the gym.Think my lawn was 90% moss and 10% grass. Fortunately the lawn seed was buy one pack get one free so I took two. Think I’ll need both. 

Work was halted and finally postponed because of a Robin which was veryinterested in something in the area I’d raked and it wasn’t moss. It was wary of me so I left it to peck in peace.
