Open Water on the pond!

After a few hours in the mudroom, trimming all the bowls i made the other day, cleaning stuff to get ready to load a kiln.....i took myself down to the pond for the first time this year to sit in perfection!!!   No Bugs, No Snow....warm air and no ice on the pond!!!  Terry and i just sat there for a while enjoying it all!!!

I also prepared 3 large sheets of paper....28" x 20", with sumi ink and gesso....ready for some pastel explorations tomorrow!!!  See the extra.
