World Tai Chi and Qigong Day

Woke up several times during the night because it was very windy and things fell off in the patio.
I thought it would stop by the time I would be at the beach but it didn't. Nevertheless we had a wonderful practice and beautiful morning weather!
I saw a rock that resembled a dragon head and some flowers in the back seemed to be coming out from the dragons mouth. Quite an imagination!!
As usual, we went to have breakfast at our teachers's favorite place. Later, we went to a park were several groups from around the area met for individual presentations and group practice too. Very interesting to see the different forms and styles, very nice. After the event, off we went to have lunch at a local Curry Japanese restaurant.
Back home to do chores and...
...still windy... :-)
