What is lurking?

I haven't been for a run yesterday or today, and I feel rubbish now :-( My own fault. I just really needed a long lie (which equates to 7am in my house, but its 2 hours later than my weekday alarm so I take what I can get).

We headed in to the zoo this afternoon which is always great fun, followed by a roast chicken dinner which chorizo stuffing - if I'm going to be lazy and not run I may as well go the whole hog, right?!? The boys found a pond in the zoo pretty fascinating - their imaginations were running away with them imagining what the warning sign was for.
