Evening in Agios Nikolaos

The small inner lake of Agios Nikolaos fed by the sea and a well too and harbour to the small, the tiny fisherboats ~ I think those little boats do nicely for my friend's grandsons as a toy :) Ofcourse we had another lovely evening out here and a wonderful day in the earlier hours. 

East Crete is paradise in my view ~  gorgeous landscapes and kind people, Cretans are proud people, I found them more gentle here than elsewhere..... but than I stayed here only a few days and weeks and years in West Crete.... I may fool myself with the notion they're kinder in the East ~ friends I have in West Crete, so how should I know the difference within days?!
