Derelict Sunday

After we humans had enjoyed a very nice lunch courtesy of M&S, Minty and I left Gill and Fiona to bemoan the state of the country/world while we went for a walk.

The path we found near Fiona's house led past this tumbledown structure which puzzled me with its row of arches, but Fiona was able to tell me that it is what remains of the 19th century Cambusbarron Lime Works.

It was a lovely afternoon with old friends, soon to be repeated with the absent member of the group once she arrives from Australia next week.

Minty behaved impeccably and has added another member to his fan club.
