Sgwarnog: In the Field

Holly Blue

Hallcliffe Community Garden was quiet after yesterday's scarecrow extravaganza, and the butterflies were more evident. After a few recent near misses I finally found a Holly Blue willing to be the subject of a blip.

The sunshine continued, and we even managed our second barbecue of the year. I think the first was in February.

Considering we blip the same village and moor, I don't bump into @PaulFS very much, so it was good to say a quick hello as I was escorting 4yo back from her third party of the weekend. One day we'll accidentally find ourselves in each other's blips, but it hasn't happened yet.

Species number 16 in my butterfly 2012 blip challenge.
